Last Saturday, we had the opportunity to power the ticketing system for Aisen Fest — a drum clinic event that brought together passionate musicians, artists, and the local drum community.
It was organized by Clifford Mandi, the official distributor of Aisen Cymbals in the Philippines, and sponsored by Aisen Cymbals and Yamaha Waves.
The event featured well-known artists:
- Rickson Ruiz
- Johan Kwan
- Roy Sargado Jr.
- Plong Plong Grooves
It wasn't just another event — it was a space for learning, inspiration, and connection.
The Real Problem with Events
If you've ever organized an event, you know this:
Things can get messy — fast.
- Ticket lists get confusing.
- Check-ins become slow.
- Lines start forming.
- And suddenly, the experience breaks before the event even begins.
For Aisen Fest, the goal was simple:
Create a smooth, stress-free experience from ticket purchase to event entry.
What We Did
For this event, Typid Events handled the entire ticketing and attendance flow — from purchase to check-in.
We provided:
- A complete ticketing system
- QR code-based attendance check-in
- A digital ticket booth for on-site purchases
- A real-time dashboard for tracking event performance
Everything was designed to work together — not as separate tools, but as one system.
Real-Time Dashboard for Full Visibility
One of the most powerful parts of the system was the Typid dashboard.
Instead of guessing or waiting for reports, the organizer had live access to what was happening during the event.
They could:
- Track ticket sales in real time
- Monitor who's buying tickets
- See how many tickets were sold at any moment
This meant better decisions, faster actions, and complete visibility — all in one place.
No spreadsheets.
No manual tracking.
Just real-time control over the event.
The Digital Ticket Booth Experience
One of the most important setups during the event was the digital ticket booth.
Instead of a manual process, attendees could:
- View event details instantly
- See the featured artists
- Understand what the event is about
- Purchase tickets on the spot
No confusion. No friction.
Just a clear and simple experience.
During the Event
When the event started, something important happened:
Nothing went wrong.
And in events — that's everything.
Attendees were able to:
- Scan their QR codes quickly
- Check in without delays
- Enter the venue smoothly
No long lines.
No manual verification.
No chaos.
Just a system quietly doing its job.
The Result
By the end of the event:
61 attendees were successfully checked in.
More importantly, the experience felt seamless — for both the organizer and the attendees.
And that's the real metric that matters.
It Doesn't Stop After the Event
Most tools stop when the event ends.
We don't.
With Typid Events, organizers can evaluate their event performance using a built-in financial tracking system.
You can:
- List all your expenses
- Track sponsorships and donations
- Monitor total revenue
- Automatically calculate your net revenue
Because running an event isn't just about execution —
It's also about understanding how it performed financially.
The Feedback That Matters
After the event, our client shared something simple but powerful:
They were extremely satisfied with how smoothly everything ran.
Not because of flashy features.
Not because of complexity.
But because everything just worked.
Why This Matters
Events shouldn't feel stressful to run.
Organizers shouldn't worry about ticket validation, attendance tracking, or financial tracking.
They should be focused on what actually matters:
Creating a great experience.
That's exactly what we're building with Typid Events — not just a ticketing tool, but a financial and operational system for events.
This Is Just the Beginning
Aisen Fest is just one event.
But it represents something bigger:
A future where events are powered by systems that are simple, reliable, and built for real-world use.
And for us?
What a privilege to build something — and see people actually experience it.
